Fulfillment & Service Policy
1. Fulfillment and Lead Time Specifications
Aegis Containers operates a high-efficiency network designed to move heavy steel equipment with precision. For standard inventory, typical handling time is 3 to 5 business days for quality inspection. Custom modifications—such as paint or electrical—add 10 to 21 business days to the schedule.
2. Regional & Domestic Delivery Framework
Our services utilize specialized tilt-bed trailers and crane trucks. We calculate shipping costs based on the total driving distance from our nearest inventory depot to your specified ZIP code. Deliveries are scheduled during daylight hours to ensure safety and proper placement.
3. Customer Responsibilities for Site Access
4. Delivery Inspection and Acceptance
Upon arrival, the customer must inspect the container for structural integrity and door operation. Once the unit is offloaded and the delivery receipt is signed, the unit is considered accepted in its current condition.
5. Order Cancellation & Restocking
Cancellations for a full refund are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests after 24 hours but before loading are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once "In-Transit," orders cannot be canceled.
6. Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)
In accordance with Google Merchant standards, we offer a 30-day return window. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return freight plus a 15% restocking fee. Units must be in original, unmodified condition.
7. Refund Processing Protocols
Refunds are processed after the unit returns to our depot and passes inspection (3–5 business days). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
